In the Spring Edition, we step outdoors into the garden, using our hands and voice to explore the five bodies (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, astral) with an integration week to ground the experience. Cooking, cultivating the land, awakening energy, and freeing expression become gateways to a deeper independence: the responsibility to create in freedom.
