I call abundance a sense of fulfilment that flows from within us and is strongly connected to the flow of life energy.
When it moves fairly freely, we are able to see all the treasures we have been blessed with and possess/health, relationships, friendships, memories.../.
If this is not the case, putting the body in motion, allows us to unblock it and feel in harmony with ourselves and the universe.
Isn't the universe a cup of abundance ????
The movement offered by the 5Rhythms® practice - dancing Wave after Wave, discovering the qualities of the rhythms that create it: Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical Stillness ®, encourages a shift in perspective from external values to a sense of fulfilment that comes from within.
And that's what we'll be focusing on- trusting the process of life is a key part of experiencing abundance.
The title of the workshop is always an opportunity to raise questions about the topic, and what I'm writing is not a thesis, just a call out.

We will be practicing the 5Rhythms® alone, with a partner and in a group, in the beautiful little church that belongs to Podere Fiorli and outside dancing with the wind, in the woods and in the meadow, because the beauty and abundance of our planet, can be a great inspiration to change the perspective of seeing abundance in our lives.
